(1) 소형 고정밀 스테이지
피에조 모터의 가장 큰 특징은 고정밀성과 크기가 작다는 점입니다. 특히 초음파 드라이브는 고속 제어가 가능하며 저속 안정성이 좋다는 장점이 있으며 Walking 드라이브는 나노미터 스텝사이즈로 제어가 가능할 뿐만 아니라 백래쉬가 없고 강성이 우수한 특징을 가집니다.

(2) 에어베어링 스테이지
에어베어링은 마찰을 최소화해 나노 미터 이하의 고정밀 위치 제어, 속도 안정성이 우수하며 고강성이 특징입니다. 따라서 흔들림이 없고 빠르며 정확한 모션이 가능합니다. 또한 분진이 발생하지 않고 유지보수에 용이하므로 다양한 산업에 응용되고 있으며 특히 반도체 산업에 많이 적용됩니다.

(3) 진공 헥사포드
헥사포드는 6축 모션자유도를 가진 시스템으로 수십 nm의 정밀도 구현이 가능하며 수 톤 하중의 샘플의 초정밀 위치 제어도 가능한 메카트로닉스 시스템입니다. 또한 임의의 중심점(피벗)을 지정할 수 있어 특정 형태의 샘플 궤적 추종도 가능하며 그리고 UHV 즉, 고 진공에서 사용이 가능하기 때문에 Semiconductor & Display, 특히 최근에는 EUV Application을 위해 적용되고 있습니다.

(1) Miniature Positioning System
The main characteristics of piezo motors are high precision and small size. In particular, the Ultrasonic drive has the advantage of high-speed control and good low-speed stability. And the Walking drive can be operated with nanometer step size with zero backlash & high stiffness.

(2) Air-bearing Positioning System
Air-bearing applied to realize nano-precision. The biggest feature, minimize friction make the possible to ensure high-performance positioning, speed stability and enable fast and accurate motion. In addition, it is easy to maintain as it does not generate the particle.

(3) Vacuum Hexapod
A hexapod is a mechatronic system with a parallel structure allowing the positioning and movement of objects in space according to the six degrees of freedom. Also, hexapod system has a function to orientate the mobile platform in the desired way. SYMETRIE hexapod system is compatible with a clean and vacuum environment. So, it can be applied for Semiconductor & Display especially EUV application requiring high precision motion system in vacuum environment.
